"Today in the afternoon around 4pm I went in to get 3 jalapeño cheese taquitos. It's not a self serve so the cashier got it for me and I received my receipt and on the receipt it said 3 jalapeños cheese taquitos. I left and bit into it, it tasted nothing like it but that the cashier gave me 3 chicken taquitos. I don't understand how this happened if what I said and what my receipt had on it were the same thing. How did you give me something completely different? I went back in and told the same person what happened. They didn't seem to understand or care at all. I wasn't offered any suggestions so I had to ask for a refund because they only had 1 jalapeño and cheese taquito left when originally there were 4. So someone after I left bought 3. I felt like I had to do more problem solving for him because he didn't know what to do. So I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. No apology, nothing. :/"

"I just had the worst experience with one of the employees at this store. I had put my empty container in the little hole in the counter not realizing he was changing the trash. He screamed at me in front of another customer. I told him not to yell at me and he continued. Then he came outside and continued harassing me. Horrible store and their employees aren't the friendliest. I would not go to that store, if I were you. I have never been treated like this by any employee anywhere ever. I would give negative 10 stars if I could."

"It's right in the heart of NE El Cajon, a busy, organized and at same time demanding of its environment. Customers need more parking, more room to maneuver turns and street access. We visit here for Petco shopping for pet needs & supplies as well as grab a bite to eat at one of the several food places. If you don't mind the hustle and bustle, seeing homeless folks walking by, it's a classic snapshot of a strip mall or shopping district in real life America."
