He did it with a friendly, warm yet professional attitude. He has definitely improved my opinion of CVS & their customer service which I will use again in the future, thanks to him!! bkdidn't."

"I shop here regularly and have had great customer service from alot of employees. Guadalupe and Charlotte, have given the best service and are the most personable. They always ate welcoming and friendly. Helpful with positive attitudes as well. I worked in service many years and always want to tell people when they did great work. Thanks ladies for making the shopping experiences better. ( I hope management will recognize and let them know how good they are doing)"

"Bad experience with staff. I was shopping at cvs for makeup, I went to the self checkout and checked out. I then proceeded to use the restroom (which was occupied) so I decided to leave. Two staff members chased me out and accused me of stealing. There were others around, and it was very embarrassing. I told them to check the cameras & they proceeded to walk away, and the woman rolled her eyes. The man did rudely apologize, but he still continued to say “well I saw you walk out” very unprofessional. I almost went back in to show them my bank statement but realized they don’t even deserve that :)"

"We just had a terrible experience here at the pharmacy. We were in line for the pharmacy before 7PM. The pharmacist was talking to a customer who took a long time asking too many questions. We waited patiently in line behind the customer. The clock probably just hit 7PM while we were waiting in line or just as it was our turn after the previous customer. It was our turn and the pharmacist, Bezza, said we were too late and the pharmacy is closed. We explained to her that she clearly saw that we were in line before closing time and we were patiently waiting for her. She didn't care...she just said there is nothing she can do. We tried to talk to the store manager, Miguel, who talked to the pharmacist and was unable to do anything. So, the manager is a manager in name only. What is his function at the store if he can't help make sure customers are treated right? This is absolutely unacceptable because we were already in line and we should have been taken care of. Bezza displayed her laziness and lack of care for customers. My wife tried to explain to her that it is important that she get her prescription and that its not right to treat customers like this, especially when we were patiently waiting for her to be finished. But Bezza didn't care at all. She wasted more time arguing with my wife than it would have taken her to grab the pills and give them to my wife. Unbelievable. Bezza clearly does not represent CVS well...she needs to be reprimanded and retrained because I don't think this is the kind of treatment of customers CVS wants to be known for. I am done shopping at CVS. They have lost a customer for life."

"CVS brands itself as “health conscious” yet does not have ANY sunscreen scoring lower than 3 in toxicity and most are 5 and up. Walmart and Target at least have Blue Lizard. All of these sunscreens and not one rated safe for my kids. Very disappointed."
