Phillip was wonderful on the sales side, and Luis and his crew were very conscientious to put the large tree in straight and left the planter area where it was placed looking as though nothing had been moved. "Absolute gem of a nursery here. Loved all the amazing, larger trees, especially the olives. I got 6 for along my driveway... These trees really made an instant impact on my property. The crew did an amazing job and surprisingly quick and clean... Definitely worth the price considering all the planting was included in the package. I'll be back for more."

"I wanted to get some privacy hedges. I ended up going to Moon Valley Nurseries. Kraig at the Escondido location helped me pick out the type of hedge to put on my property and calculate how many I needed. Despite some rain fall, Chris and his team put in all of the 35 trees in 2 days! They were all friendly and answered the questions I had. Time was taken to make sure every tree was measured to the spacing I specified. It all looks great and I couldn’t be happier. They’ll get my repeat business! Special thanks to Sean Mckinney, Michael Towne, Jorge Ollua, Louis Cruze, and “Nacho” for all your hard work to get these trees in and watered so fast! It would have taken me forever just to dig the holes. Updated 3/27: Bought more trees! These guys have awesome service! Chris came out and helped me decide what to plant and where. All trees were planted in one day and the next day they came out to finish putting mulch around all the trees. I got a few palms and fruitless olive trees. As usual, great service from Moon Valley. Looks like they let Chris go. Hire him back! Was scheduled for a morning appointment they came in the afternoon. They usually put a nice well around the trees. Half of them busted open on first watering this time. Not sure i'll come back for my next order. Just average now! Updated 6-22 Had a warranty replacement. Service and quality keeps going down over the last few years I don't see a reason to go back here anymore. Update: Service just keeps going down hill... Not sure why i don't learn my lesson and keep going here ... Took a month to get a delivery scheduled. After having to drive in to speak with someone, delivery was scheduled 2 days later. Didn't get a call the day before as they usually do. Called the office and said to deliver on the right side of the house. Driver called me 30 minutes before he was coming and I said delivery to the right side of the house. What happens, it's on the left side of the yard! !!??!! These are big trees too, can't just pick the up and walk them over."

"I can't say enough about Moon Valley Nursery. I wasn't sure what I was looking for at first and that's when I happened upon some giant holly bushes that I fell in love with. Soon thereafter I decided that if I was going to do this backyard project, I needed to do it right. I met with Tyler, who helped me pick out 6 beautiful Hollywood Hedge plants that would block out my neighbors instantly to add to my holly bushes. (For reference, the fence in the photo is 9' tall so these plants did the job perfectly!) With his help, I also picked out a tree to plant in honor of my mom. Tyler took the time to understand my needs and help me get exactly what I wanted. When the crew came to plant everything, it was as smooth as can be. Luis Cruz and his crew were absolute professionals who went above and beyond to load my gigantic plants into the yard and plant them with care. They took their time and made everything look great, and I can't thank them enough for doing such an amazing job. I love my new plants and they're worth every penny. I have a feeling this won't be the last project I do with Moon Valley. They are the best!"
