"I am so disappointed. I ordered a PRETTY PLEASE DELUXE arrangement and this is what I got. False advertisement. Like seriously this is not even close of what I ordered and I also checked the box not to replace. I talked to the Manager Ann and she even admit she forgot to add the roses. They said they would go back and fit it. Well they did but she added one rose. That’s like a slap in the face. It’s so disappointing to pay over $50 for some cheap flowers. This was a surprise for someone very special and I ended up being the surprised one. First and last time I even order from that scam place. If I could give them a 0 stars I would have."
