"Customer service is almost nonexistent I called one day to get some quotes and maybe some pictures of different types of stands with balloons I was told they would be emailed to me never received them actually drove to the location talked to one of the guys then he went away as I was I standing there not knowing if he was gonna come back and take care of the questions that I had. I left my email address with a coworker there and then checked my emails hours later still nothing I guess you’re too busy for business! Big mistake!"
