"I have been a regular customer for like 20 years. On Friday I called to place an order for an occasion that was very important to me. I’m upset that ( I won’t say the name). Did not provide the service at all. Now I have no flowers for our 40 anniversary and what a let down. I was told I would get a call back and that simple call was never made. So I will tell my wife HAPPY ANNIVERSARY BUT YOU HAVE NO FLOWERS FOR THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME OCCASION. PRETTY UNSATISFACTORY TO ME THAT A CUSTOMER HAD A SIMPLE REQUEST AND THAT REQUEST HAS FAILED IN SO MANY WAYS. Long time customer??? Michael"

"I have gone to heavenly flowers with my own plant and asked if they could help me with bow and card to for the plant . She was so kind to even spray the plant leaves so that would shine better."

"Absolutely 5 stars for the ladies that are working over there during the mothers day. I came to the store with a photo of an idea of how i want the bouquet of flowers to look like, but instead of rejecting me service during a busy rush hour and coming in super late to make an arrangement, the ladies gladly took my order and boy did they just made such a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. This place is not a joke and I will highly recommend this place to any men that wants to give their other half, their moms, their sisters or even just a friend, the best surprise possible to make their day very special. Thank you heavenly flowers for coming in super clutch for me."

"Boyfriend purchased an arrangement for Valentine’s Day this year from here. The flowers themselves were nice. But what wasn’t so nice was nearly slicing my finger open trying to wash out the vase to put away. Who glues together broken glass thinking that’s safe to sell?! Considering how busy this place is, and how many positive reviews there are, I am appalled. Cutting corners gets your nowhere."

"wonder If I should give any stars in the first place. Placed an order day earlier for Valentines for my wife and asked them to make sure those are delivered during the morning time . I understand that it's Valentines and they have lots of orders and rush, but you guys are charging us for the delivery and still if the delivery is not on the confirmed time slot between ( 9 am to 2 pm ) and I'm not even expecting on the precise time , that's a huge huge disappointment. I had to ask my wife to keep checking at the front desk if something has been delivered for you where I wanted that to be like a surprise. Imagine telling a person , hey, please keep a check on your surprise. Called the shop and the the answer goes , the flowers has been delivered as per the drivers , when I called the place where they were suppose to be delivered , the answer was NO, they are not delivered , so, obviously someone is lying and I'm sure the place where the flowers were suppose to be delivered were not lying . I was told to be receiving a call back within half an hour, half an hour just to check and revert back with the answer, more than half an hour and still didn't receive anything. I had to call back and note( International call ) and another lady picks up the call and the same reason , the flower are with the drivers since morning and would get a call back , and the most stupid option given was if it is OK to deliver the flowers home , now how stupid is this , You wanted your flowers to be delivered in the morning, so that the person should be smiling thinking in you whole day long, and at the end you receive an option of sending it back home in the evening sometime, god knows when. I wonder when the flowers would get delivered now. still waiting for a call back . Paid $ 70 for getting frustrated and pissed . GOT DELIVERED AT 4 PM WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO GET DELIVERED BETWEEN 9 AND 2"
