"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Rob's Flowers . Residing in Orange County, I found the inability to make order changes remotely to be highly inconvenient - necessitating a trip all the way to the shop’s location. While the alterations were made to the original receipt, this led to some confusion regarding the total. However, this was not the most aggravating part of the experience. The true frustration came in the form of their payment request and methods. Several months after placing the order and just one day before the event, I received a late-afternoon request for payment. Unbelievably, credit card payments were not accepted, nor would they allow cash payment on the day of the event. Instead, they insisted on cash payment at the shop - a 2-hour journey - on the eve of our event, which was logistically impossible for us. In an attempt to navigate this, I set up a Zelle account to transfer the funds. Despite meeting their 30-minute payment deadline, my bank placed a fraud hold due to the large amount and new account status. Even after providing a screenshot as proof of payment and explaining the delay, Rob's Flowers deemed it "too late." If not for the resourcefulness of my party coordinator, our event would have been in jeopardy. I cannot recommend Rob's Flowers due to their inflexible, impractical payment methods, and overall terrible service. Remember to replace Rob's Flowers with the actual name of the flower shop. Feel free to adjust any part of the review as per your experience and emotions."

"We were referred here by one of our family members for our wedding flowers. We met our florist Carmen who really listened to what we wanted our flower designs to be. She picked up on the color tone and style we wanted and created a sample center piece that was exactly what we were looking for. We returned a little over a month before the wedding to request additional flower sets including flowers for an arch. They were very accommodating and provided reasonable prices. I won't go into detail into the prices as it can change but I will say we got an arch, 15 table center pieces, ceremony flowers, bridal bouquet, groomsmen boutineer, and all bridal party flowers for under $4k. That included delivery and setup. They delivered the flowers on time, even on a rainy California day and the venue being 2 hours away from DTLA. They reviewed the order, set up the flowers and designed the arch and the floral sets came out amazing. We received so many compliments on our center prices and were great gifts our guest could take home with them at the end of the night."
