"30-45 dollars for multi colored roses and these tiny withered flowers showed up at my door. I was furious, what a waste of money. I know I didn’t place an order at a Beverly Hills flower Boutique but I surely was expecting a dozen roses to show up looking better than the 12.00 dozen I can buy from the local grocery store. To put the icing on the cake when I called to complain about the quality of roses I received the customer service person told me what I received was fresh full and acceptable. She was also rude and confrontational. After asking for a supervisor she told me the supervisor was busy “managing” then she said she wasn’t there at all. After spending my hard earned money on something to brighten my week I am disappointed at the quality and the customer service. Never again."
