"Beautiful shop and arrangements but terrible customer service. They don't stand behind plants that they sell. Bought two boxwoods - within 6 weeks, one was dead and the other vibrant. Same care, positioning and watering schedule. Had to call three times, send two emails, duplicate photos and the reply was it was a watering issue. Not even a suggestion that I bring it in so they could look at it. For a shop with this reputation, they need to more confident of their product. Home Depot would be more responsive, not to mention much less costly."
