"I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Silvana Good nor Dr. Victoria Cicolli for trauma informed care. Although both had said they were "trauma informed" they blatantly lied and treated me in a very inappropriate manner. They did not understand my diagnosis at all, and actually made my symptoms worsen over the time I met with them. I found much better care elsewhere, and am working on undoing the damage they did."

My therapist does not speak italian as reported in the website but she can only undesrtand basic italian. Second of all I feel totally scammed. they scheduled an appointment that I did not request and they have a 48 hours policy to cancel the appointment BUT THEY SEND THE REMINDER 24 HOURS BEFORE. sO YOU ARE BASICALLY OBLIGED TO PAY YOUR VISIT OR OTHERWISE YOU NEED TO PAY 150 DOLLARS. The therapist plus did not help with your mental struggle at all. You can notice that it is only about money"

"UPDATE: Dr. Pham and her office did not charge the cancellation after realizing the situation! Very grateful for their understanding. Had a family emergency the day of my appointment and was charged an $125 late fee. I’m a college student and am only able to go to counseling through insurance; I can’t afford to pay that much out of pocket. Have never canceled an appt before. The office was not understanding at all, even when I offered to pay the much less expensive cost of the actual appointment. Don’t even have Dr. Pham’s email or phone number to contact her about this. Extremely disappointed."
