When I called her to tell her I did not receive email as promised, she never called back. Certainly not someone I want as a therapist.! Received a call from this therapist after I had posted above message. She said she was having personal emergencies and could not do therapy right now. She seemed genuinely upset about something. During covid. anything could be happening. I give her credit for calling by changing my rating."
