"Went to make an order for Oakland Florist for Condolences for a Funeral, yet for some reason the website used my billing address as shipping address. So when I called to confirm that was wrong, they told me that the flowers are already out of delivery to an address that does not exist. But why would I be using an Oakland, CA based florist to deliver to an address in CA? I spoke to the sales girl was very nice and helpful -- but I ended up paying $156 2x for the same gift."

"Well I am Sadden to right this review today,as a business owner you never want to receive a bad review. I do not live in CA, but ordered these flowers for my son's girl friends birthday via on line. Since she works in Oakland I figured this was great. Tuesday placed order ... delivery scheduled for Friday. Friday 4:00 no flowers and GF was leaving work. I call the 800 number the gal told me no problem they can change the address and would deliver by 6:30 pm. Saturday morning still no flowers, called again they would be there by 1pm. 2pm still no flowers gave them my son's number for them to call when delivery was gonna be made. He received a call 30 minutes later letting him know they will not deliver today since they don't go to this area that they would deliver to original address on Monday. Monday 11:00 am still no flowers, called again they will be delivering to the address they don't deliver too OMG get it together ..... No they are going to deliver to the original address but who knows ... disappointed customer . zero stars"
