"I called today to send a Sympathy plant or arrangement. I am not familiar with Oakland & didn’t know if they were in close proximity of the address. They assured me they had a driver. I went online & picked an arrangement from their photos, called back, it was easy and they were so friendly. The arrangement arrived today & I was sent a photo. The arrangement was more beautiful than the photo! I can’t thank Tiffany enough for helping make such a sad call a great experience. I highly recommend Maggie & her team!!"
