"I'll probably never order flowers from this shop again. Even though this was my wife's favorite flower shop and the location is such a cool spot (in Grand lake), the overall experience of getting flowers delivered was disappointing. And the shop seemed to not care if they lost me as a customer. For my wife's birthday, I arranged to have a bouquet of flowers delivered as a surprise. We sat around all day for the flowers to arrive and contacted the shop multiple times. They told me that it would get delivered before 5pm. We live in Oakland and thought the short distance wouldn't be a problem. The flowers arrived around 7pm when we were out eating dinner. We quickly rushed back home to make sure the flowers were there. I get it. Sometimes deliveries are late. I'll chalk that up to my own bad luck. What really rubbed me off the wrong way was when I called the shop the next day to inform them of the late delivery. The owner told me she never guarantees delivery times and that if I want to ensure flowers for the day time, I should come and pick it up myself. Keep in mind, I paid to have them delivered. When I asked for a partial refund, she told me that would make her feel "awkward" and told me her shop isn't "amazon." After some back and forth, she agreed to refund 15% of the cost of flowers which is roughly the cost of the delivery fee. I love supporting local businesses, but not if they don't value their patrons' business."

"This shop is so beautiful and charming. Having visited lots of plant and garden stores, I do think they have a unique aesthetic and direction. Notable would be all the colorful dried straw flowers they have. They also have tons of creative tableaus and installations. Reasonable prices, too. Very helpful staff. BE HERE"

"Beautiful shop! This shop has great bouqets and potted succulents and other plants. Many seem pricy at first, but they come with the pots that they are in, which are often really cool. Everything is well laid out and the staff is helpful."
