"Very poor service at the pharmacy. Completely incompetent person could not use the computer to see that an hour and 20 minutes prior. The prescription had been sent from my doctor and was in the cvs computer “on a back page”. It was a very simple prescription, amoxicillin."

"The pharmacy is not great, but they are much better than the employees working in the main store. I went in to purchase some eyedrops today. I was told I had to wait in a very long line at the pharmacy. The eyedrops were over the counter, with no prescription needed. The employee that unlocked the glass cabinet containing the eyedrops. I was very rude and acted like I was interrupting her nap when I asked her for help. I will be going somewhere else from now on."

"My doctor resend the prescription on Friday and today Saturday I went to pick it up. I misunderstood with the pharmacist and was very tired making it look like I had rolled my eyes at them which then one of the pharmacists her name MANDY told me “we misunderstood you, you don’t have to roll your eyes” and she isn’t allowed to say that to the customers. That is very bad customer service"
