"I was super nervous and called 3 times a day. They handled me well and were great with Figgy Pudding, my 8 month old English Bulldog while we were on vacation. Clean, friendly, super organized. Great experience. Would board there again."

They were so great about reaching out to us, responding to questions, taking special care of our babies, and sending pictures. We also LOVED the grooming they got and they look adorable. "My boys have been going to WAG Oakland for years now. The are in smalls all day play. I feel safe knowing that they have someone with them all day and have other dogs around if they feel like playing. It's great to have a place, with a great staff, that you can leave your fur-babies when you can't be with them. They love the staff and are always welcomed when they arrive. I can check on them via the cameras if I am missing them and I know they are cared for. When I have to go out of town, I know that WAG Oakland will be there to watch over my boys. They have done a great job improving some of the thing that were not ideal and it just makes the experience more comforting. "Wag has been a godsend for me and my dog, Abby Jo. I've been taking her here since I adopted her 4 years ago. They are one of the only places that accommodate the weird and unpredictable hours of a nurse. The staff had changed over the years, but they have always been wonderful and kind. I feel comfortable leaving my little love with them, knowing they treat her like their family. We appreciate them so much!"

"I am absolutely speechless. I admit wag is bit more of a luxury pet spa/grooming service price wise. That said not to shame anyone who may not have the budget, because the saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. My technician (will add name when I get the memo) was a delight to work with she listened to all of my requests and preferences, executing each of them flawlessly! Above all of this I was gifted a beautiful and thoughtful note detailing Peter Perseus Parker's experience and impact on his technician. Can't wait to go back for the rest of his life. No need to shop around when I've found a place 5 minutes from my home!"
