"Lisa, the intake coordinator, was extremely unhelpful and rude. She acted very annoyed because I “kept emailing” even though she never told me a specific rate. She told me to reach back out when I had decided on a therapist to get an accurate rate, but when I did she acted like she had already told me a million times and was very rude about it. She also acted like I should have known which therapists were the intern from their website. Low income rates for the interns start at $150 which is pretty steep for an intern providing low income rates. Not a place I would want to go to when seeking help."
