"FIRST TIME VISIT: One ear trim was shorter by 2”, and I WAS NOT told BEFORE they asked me to pay and tip!! Glands were not cleaned My dog was brought out without his leash Never will return. Poor customer service Poor job No support when I went I verbalized all my concerns and issues!!!"

"Excellent service. It is always busy so you will have to book ahead of time. Very rare to get same day appointment. Staff are friendly and did not try to sell me extra service. I selected to have my dog's nails filed down but the groomer checked and said it wasn't necessary. Liz did a great job!!"
