"Incredible to find a place like this in today’s no-service age. Friendly staff that says hello when you walk in and asks if you need help finding something, and if you are not sure what you need for a project or repair, they actually listen and make thoughtful suggestions. They also have experts in their paint department that can custom match from almost any scrap of color you bring in. And if they don’t have the item you need in stock, they can custom order without taking a credit card and have it delivered in a few days. Absolutely AMAZING customer service. No more dread going to those “big box” stores, and very conveniently located with super-easy parking."

"I've always had a pretty good experience here, but the last time I ordered something, I got an email that it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived (took 30 minutes biking to get there) the manager simply said it was his fault, they couldn't get me the product, and he would refund the purchase. I would have felt better if he had also offered me something for my trouble / his mistake, such as a 10% coupon or something. He could have also offered to call other stores and find out where I could pick up the item. That is the least he could have done IMO after wasting an hour of my time."

"Fantastic store. Extremely clean with so many items you need in your daily life. I even purchased a gorgeous jar of honey. The honey is locally made and you get a huge jar for only $15.99, which is a great price for locally made honey. Save the bees, please! You name it, they have it here. Maria, the salesperson was so super kind. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs in this store. The owner did not mind me taking lots of pictures. He was also very kind and greeted me warmly. We are lucky to have this gem of a store in our midst because it’s a treasure trove of all things needed on an everyday basis. I love that they open at 8 am and they have all specialized cleaners like silver polish, brass polish, orange oils and much more. A definite must stop at this lovely store. You can spend hours here, literally. Update: I went back to this glorious store for more locally grown honey. I love this honey; I take a little spoonful everyday and I feel great! It’s a wonderful balm on your soul to have a little honey each day and this store sells the best honey I have ever used or tasted. Delicious and healthy!"
