"Front staff are extremely rude! See the many other reviews reporting the same experience… It got to the point where I dreaded seeking care for my pet because of the treatment by the front staff. Prices are extortionate for standard procedures and they recommend many unnecessary tests and treatment plans. Dr Eberle is similarly rude, unnecessarily judgmental and condescending."
