"Ridiculous..my son developed a rash a week after his 12 year vaccines..so I paid the first copay. Well the dr wanted to see him back if it got worse. Which it did within 2 days and they charged another co pay. Money hungry.. the front office staff was rude about it..though they normally are, so that's nothing new...omg his front office staff is so rude and unhelpful."

"I am parent of a newborn preemie and unfortunately I cannot leave a great review since my experience was far from great. I was expecting a caring and professional experience and sadly it wasn't. When I first called to make the appointment it wasn't smooth sailing, I was misinformed regarding my insurance, was giving the run around and had to call back a 2nd time. Then on my appointment day the front desk was very short and unwelcoming. The doctor's actual check up was no better. Quick, rough and didn't bother to ask if I had any questions. The doctor actually made my baby cry checking her legs. I understand babies will cry but you have to keep in mind my baby is premature, she spent time at the NICU, where I was used to the professional and caring care the hospital was providing her, and with this check up it was the complete opposite. The doctor then ask that I come back in a month, and TO REMIND HIM WHY and WHAT for when I come back, doesn't he make notes? I was really baffled at this point. To top it off on my way out when I asked the receptionist that I needed to make an appointment to come back in a month she bluntly said no because it should be 2 months not 1 month, now I am having to explain to the receptionist that the doctor is the one asking and instead of scheduling an appointment she hands me a business card and tells me to call to make an appointment. She's too bothered to do it right then and there or to even explain why I have to call instead? At this point I had enough of a bad experience to even question it! I already knew I was never bringing my baby back. Other smaller things happened that I did not appreciate but I really wanted to point out the things that just did it for me. I right away called a different pediatrician and already took my baby to 2 appointments with the new pediatrician and its definitely a huge difference. I am glad I changed my baby's doctor and I am now very happy with our new choice."

"Dr. Saad is fantastic! He is attentive, reassuring, caring, communicative, smart, and wonderful with our son (who is currently 5 months old). What really impressed us was our initial visit to his office a few weeks after our son was born. After Dr. Saad completed the routine check-up he sat down, folded his hands, and asked what questions we had. Typically, doctors are in-and-out, but Dr. Saad took the time. That was a terrific first impression and his care hasn’t diminished whatsoever."

"Dr. Saad is a wonderful pediatrician who cares deeply about his patients and their families. Without getting into too many details, I will say that he has been an absolute blessing for our family. His experience and bedside manner are second to none, and my children adore him. I wrote this review because most reviews are superficial and petty, choosing instead to focus on trivialities. I am generally skeptical and wary of most physicians given my past experiences with them, but Dr. Saad is unlike the run-of-the-mill get you in, get you out as quickly and with as little interaction as possible. As a parent, there is no one I trust more with the health and well-being of my children."

"I went and saw Dr. Saad today after going to a few other pediatricians. I was overwhelmed with joy at how great he was. He was very loving to my child even though we just met. I realized how important it was to have a good pediatrician and he checks off all the boxes. I am so glad I listened to others who referred him to me. So so so happy with our visit today."
