"I have been to many Quest Diagnostics and I accidentally clicked on this one as it was close to my employment and even though I never been there before I decided to keep my appointment and go. I am sorry that I chose to keep my appointment as this was not a pleasant experience. As I entered the facility I heard two employees having a somewhat loud personal conversation and I was never greeted. They continue their conversation until they were finished and then never stuck their head out of the door but called my name and I had no idea where to go. The person finally came out to tell me that I needed to come in there. The door was never closed and other patients came in while I was being treated for blood work and I was uncomfortable with that. The person drawing my blood was rough, they did not introduce themselves, they were abrupt and never said please or thank you nor did they give me proper instructions and my arm moved when this person was taking my blood and caused a huge welp on my arm. There was no professionalism at all and I strongly recommend you go to a different Quest diagnostics. I don't even know the person's name who drew my blood because they never introduced themselves and they barely spoke nor did they even address me. My experience with medical professionals has usually been more positive, this was not. I'm used to medical professionals being 1) professional and 2) kind, supportive and patient and that was not the characteristics I would say the person who was drawing my blood had any of those characteristics. Very disappointed and I will never go back to that location again."

"I made an appointment for my daughter who is 4 years old to get allergy tested. I arrive to my appointment, and once I get called the nurse informs they don’t have needles for kids! I don’t understand why don’t they have representatives you can talk to instead of just setting up appointment through automated system. Never again wasted time!!"
