"My daughter was a patient from 1 month to 3 months. The doctor is nice enough, but i feel he isn’t thorough enough and only spends 10 minutes with us after he sends student doctors who seem to not know any answers to our questions and never actually asks the doctor about it. But the main reason i chose to leave this office was the office staff. The doctor ordered medication for my daughter’s diaper rash and my pharmacy could not fill it without clarification from the doctor. It took 5 days of the office staff transferring me to people who didn’t know what was going on, putting me on hold for hours, and claiming they would pass the message to the doctor and so finally i messaged the doctor using their fancy app. The doctor claimed he had no idea of our week long struggle to get this medication. A simple phone call from the doctor to my pharmacy would have made my daughter’s diaper rash go away."
