"Since all of the reviews about this place was so bad I thought that the nurses here were gonna be really rude, but when I went the nurses were okay and the doctor pointed out the my daughter’s sickness well. The doctor has a lot of experience, so he’s very trustful. I personally think that if the doctor is a good doctor and he points out the sickness well, its a good hospital. I overall recommend y’all to go to this hospital."

"I think when they interview to hire nurses, they make sure to pick the most rude and careless characters. My last one who helped me in the Office kept on yawning while asking me questions. No eye contacts nor cared about my son's symptoms. I think enough review about the doctor was written here. He has most offensive attitude, but what can I say, he is skilled. He did save my son's life from cancer. I'm still so tempted to change doctor every time I visit the office though. They make me feel like I'm an abusive parent."

"all of the reviews that are mentioned are partially true. yes the customer service is not the greatest, but its no lie that this doctor is one of the best. his attitude may not be the best but his skills as a doctor is unlike any other. it was at this hospital where the doctor was able to diagnosed me with a lifelong sickness. he was able to diagnosed me at such an early age, and if it wasn't for him, i still wouldn't have found out about this disease i had. this hospital may not have the best services, but the skills are the best in the area."

"Dr. Hong is one of the longest practicing as well as one of the most respected pediatricians in the Korean-American community. If you have raised young children and live in the L.A. area, then you're sure to have heard his name. I agree that he may come across as grumpy and office staff may not go out of their way to make sure everyone is feeling warm and fuzzy in this office. They run a tight ship and are always busy but they are no-nonsense and do their job efficiently. I equate his persona to a loving but serious grandpa who genuinely looks after his sick grandchildren and he may admonish the parents of these children from time to time for letting them get ill. It's funny that I've heard of people leaving this office because they felt offended but how quickly they rush to him for his second opinion when their child becomes seriously ill or needs surgery as he has a long standing reputation of being one of the best doctors out there."
