"The doctor is great but she should really direct her Unprofessional receptionists to not act as a medical healthcare professionals and give diagnosis over the phone. My 3 year old doctor was suffering in pain and they decide that it’s not important to schedule an appointment because one of us had Covid. This isn’t the first time I’m extremely disappointed in this office and I’ll be seeking a different healthcare professional I recommend anyone else to do the same"

"I am writing this because I think this office is very unprofessional and I am super upset. I made an appointment more than 2 months ago to bring my kids in for their annual check up. I just happened to call a few moments before leaving to ask a question about parking and to make sure they had us confirmed. Well, I'm glad I did, because they did NOT have us on the schedule. We have not even had our first visit and this is the experience we have. The girl tells me they had new people working at the office a while back and they "didn't know what they were doing". Perfect. Good to know. I'll be once again searching for another new Pediatrician. Hopefully they will find some competent people to work at this office."

"I take both my daughter and son to Bendito Pediatrics. I love that this office is clean and the entire staff is friendly. I tend to have a lot of questions like most parents and the Doctor is very detailed and informative. I would definitely recommend this pediatrician."

"Let me first say that I love this doctor. She has been my kids doctor since they were born (2015 & 2017). She is very caring, answers all my questions, and didn't make me feel like I was an over-reacting new mom. My kids like her too. Recently she has had extended wait times even with appointments. It has been averaging about an hour for my last few visits. As a property manager and a reseller I have appointments to keep. I regret to have to find another pediatrician :("
