"Today was my first visit, and I think it will be my last. Let's start with the fact that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15. We arrived early to fill out the paperwork, so we were fully prepared by 10:15. We waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes before being called into another room, where they measured our blood pressure and height, and we waited for the doctor for another 15 minutes. In the end, the doctor only came at 11:10, exactly an hour after our scheduled appointment. And I could understand such a delay if there was anything to occupy a child in this office! It's a pediatric cardiology office, for goodness' sake. Where are the books, toys, or anything at all? My son is a year old, and both he and I were terribly tired of sitting in an empty room for a whole hour! My son ended up playing with a trash bin! I really didn't like that the office wasn't prepared for kids (well, from what I understood, they provide coloring activities for older children, but what about toddlers?). Well, I didn't like the doctor either. He quickly recited a rehearsed script, something that could be read from any brochure, said everything was fine, and goodbye. In total, we spent about 4 minutes with him. It was a cold reception. I give it 2 stars - one for a clean office, and another for the girl at the reception. Making the appointment was easy, they answered the call right away."
