"Garg Shikha MD. It is indeed frustrating when healthcare providers consistently cancel appointments at the last moment. It is important for medical professionals to prioritize their patients' time and well-being. I have booked the appointment 4 day before . I did not send my baby to school I left work in between on the way to go to the hospital . On my way they are calling & saying we don’t accept the insurance ,7th also they called me to confirm the appointment for 8th December 2023 this is 3rd time they did this very unprofessional they don’t value the patient life . Highly not recommended . If there was a zero star, I would put zero star . The 1 star is for medical stuff for being rude."

"We went for our kids annual checkup. Shika forgot to write blood works. Upon reminding she just wrote vitamin D. We requested hard copy for the blood work but tgey refused to provide as tbey said they have sent the lab works digitally. When we forced to provide the hard copy tbey said the system doeant allow. When we reached the lab they said they have not received any blood work requrest from Shika. Now we have requested hard copy for another time and not sure if we will get it. People ahould avoid this doctir unless they really are ready to take hassle and visit the doctir twi e and lab three times. All the best!"

"If you’re thinking of bringing your kid here, don’t. Our daughters have gone here since they were small, mostly out of convenience because of the office location. Dr Garg is great but we rarely get to see her. The other nurses are hit or miss. The 2 stars are all for the medical staff. The front office is absolutely terrible. Disorganized, apathetic… seems like there is always an issue with missed information or missed scheduling. We have wasted so much time with them and they never seem to fix their issues. If you can find another doctor’s office, you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration in the long run. We are moving both of our daughters to another office (it’s long overdue)."

"I would like to share that Dr. Shikha Garg has been an exceptional physician and has become an important part of my family. Dr. Garg has been my family's pediatrician for a bit over 19 years. I have stayed with Dr. Garg because of her professionalism, her caring attitude to her patients, her medical knowledge, and always going beyond to make sure her patients get proper care that is needed. Dr. Shikha Garg understands how important the care of a child is since she is a parent herself. Every time I take my children in for a visit she makes me feel that we are important and provides me the best care. She never tries to rush me out of her office. On the contrary she carefully explains to me her findings, gives me medical solutions and guidance as to what I, as a parent can do at home to help my children with their illness or medical situation. Dr. Garg has referred me to specialist when needed without hesitation then she follows up to make sure my child was taken care of by the specialist. Since I came to Sacramento County and met Dr. Garg, I saw her compassion, her willingness to help, and caring attitude towards my first child. That is important to me as a parent to know that my children feel comfortable with their doctor. She has cared for all 7 of my children throughout the years. She has watched 3 of my older kids grow up into adults and presently she is caring for 4 of my younger kids. I could not think of a better pediatrician that I could trust with my children. "Dr Garg is my kids pediatrician since last 6 years and we are very satisfied with our appointments and routine checkups. We get the same day appointments if my Son or Daughter is sick and I need a consult. Also even during weekends; I receive a call from on call doctor within minutes if I have left a message!!!"
