"This office has terrible customer service. I selected Dr. Maulino as my newborn's PCP and I have not met the Dr to this day. My daughter has been seen by different NP's each visit. I had an issue with the staff not being able to verify my daughter's eligibility, calling me time after time telling me she was not eligible. After multiple phone calls with the clinic and my daughter's insurance I did the work for them and provided proof of my daughter's eligibility to the clinic. They also didn't communicate this to the Laguna Springs clinic and I had to explain the issue to them all over again. I needed to express my concerns and received a call from the practice manager Lourdes who apologized on behalf of the staff and assured me that my daughter would be seen by Dr. Maulino on her next appt. On her next appt, she was seen by another NP. I called on 9/29/22 and spoke to Guadalupe requesting to speak with an advice nurse and was told to take my child to Urgent care. This was instructed by the "supervisor". The supervisors name was not given to me and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a Nurse. They also said they cannot see my child as they are booked however, Guadalupe never bothered to look at the availability at the Laguna Springs clinic. They do not care about their patients. How can you decline to see an infant child? I will be filing a complaint with the Medical Board as they declined to see my child who is a patient at their clinic. I work in healthcare and we overbook our patients for urgent needs like my daughter's, our patients come first. It's called Patient Care, something they don't know anything about. Why should I have to sit at urgent care or emergency department with my infant when she has a PCP?"
