"Complete disaster of a practice. I should have trusted my gut a year ago when Dr McNeil was strangely anti Covid Vaxx tor kids (very odd opinions were expressed for a Pediatrician IMHO). Since then I’ve never dealt directly with Dr McNeil but her staff has been a terminally awful combination of inconsistent and rude. This culminated with a diagnosis this week that completely contradicted one a few months ago with identical report and symptoms. Attempts to discuss the discrepancies were met with rude and obstinate behavior from an RN. The following day a Dr within the practice took an exact opposite view and explained the discrepancy as the original RN only being qualified to diagnose certain things. Medical diagnoses being based on the education level of the person returning the call rather than on actual medical protocols borders on malpractice and a refusal to discuss those discrepancies with a parent is a violation of patient rights. This practice is dangerous. Stay away,"

"Dr. MacNeil is wonderful with my young daughter. She has been her physician for for several years with Sutter now. First. the Sutter pediatrics office is very nice, clean, and open with many specialties for children located there. Dr. MacNeil takes her time with my daughter and is very kind and pleasant to deal with. We never feel rushed and she takes the time to make sure all of our questions and concerns are addressed. My daughter feels at ease with her too and is relaxed around her. Glad we found her!"
