"We have been coming to Mary Grace for over 9 years my son started going to her since he was 3. He recently told us he wanted to try out for basket ball but we needed a sports physical filled out to try out It was very last minute when he told us so as any parent does we try our best to get this paper work. We call Mary graces office we’re they tell us they can get this form filled out within a couple of hours. So I go and they tell me she out at lunch ok so I wait but then she really busy that it will take 3-5 days to fill out. And I pled with them to ask to get it done so my son can get a chance to tryout. But they said Mary grace told them she’s to busy to do it. And I ask them you had this whole conversation and she couldn’t just sign the form. I was so disappointed my son has been seeing her since he was 3 and he will be turning 13 soon. I understand she’s busy. We never ask for things like this and it would’ve been very nice of her being patient of hers for 10 years if she could’ve took in five minutes out of her time just to sign this paper just like we have to wait about 20 minutes in the waiting room and then another 20 minutes in a patient room to see her and we never complain because we try to understand that she’s busy. I stress to the front desk that we don’t ever come down here and ask for something to be filled out right away but my son has tryouts that same day and it’s the only time we had to try to get down here to get the paperwork done. But yet again, doctors treating us like numbers and never just out of the kindness of their hearts just one simple paper that’s all we asked for and my son has been her patient for over 9 years."
