"Due to covid you cannot enter the bookstore. All transactions are done through a window, 1 or 2 people at a time. DO NOT feel like it will be a quick trip,in and out... I waited 2hrs in line... and am not even sure if I have the right books..."

"Order and shipping was fast and easy. My pickup experience was TERRIBLE. An older lady with glasses was handling the online orders and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I went in prepared with my confirmation email printed and in hand with my order number ready. I’ve been through the process before. She talked down to me and acted like I was bothering her. It’s your job to handle the pick up orders and your getting paid to do it, at least have a positive attitude and a smile on your face instead of ruining the rest of my day with your bad customer service."
