"Normally I try to avoid clinics, due to bad experiences in the pass when I was little. To my surprise, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I seen allot of team effort with the front desk staff. Our nurse was very sweet and compassionate with my nervous little guy, she found common conversation with him and made him feel more relaxed.
