"Do yourself a favor and choose another gym. The “manger”, if that’s what you want to call him, Jacinto Gonzalez, needs serious lessons in customer service. His attitude is absolute trash and it’s reflected throughout the gym. He’s rude, disrespectful and condescending towards females. It’s absolutely disgusting this person still has a job there. Take your business to Western!!!"

"I really enjoy the gym in general. However, I would appreciate it if the music could be turned down in the room where people do squats below the second level. There are 3 locations in this room where people can do various squats exercises, and the music seems very loud in that one specific location compared to the rest of the gym area"

"I just signed up last week and let me tell you , sign up was super quick and easy . The young guy that helped me in the front was super nice and knowledgeable which is what I love ! Fast forward today I started my first class and AGAIN the staff was outstanding!! I got directed straight to my class , and they even helped me set up for me !! Thank you In-Shape for making my first gym experience a great one !! I was really nervous but I’m so happy I choose this company."

"I'm back here once again. The employees are great, they're nice, and welling to help. The place looks great too. There are a bunch of treadmills, and stairs, an ab room, cycling room, dance room, sauna room, a pool, and an area for free weight training. They have it all. Love it. Update: it's been remodeled and has a totally new look to it. Cant wait to see and upload em."
