"This clinic really sucks idk if they are short staff or if they just love chilling taking there time but they take forever to help you even with an appointment i been here for 1 hr waiting when i came in with an appointment on top of that I had to switch my child's Dr bcuz this clinic hardly has anything available to be seen and that includes adults to i dont recommend this place. "thinking about switching doctors for my boys.. one of my sons need another cranial band, for flathead, and i receieved the e-mail the week of oct 8, this office receieved the authorization form that thurs or fri.. i called, and they said it's a 72 hour turn around. so, i called the following wednesday. they said it's been signed and sent to insurance. that can take up to 2 weeks to process. fast forward, 8 days later, i called the place for the cranial bands and asked if there was any way i could speed up the process with insurance. if i'd be able to call or what not. because the sooner they are in the bands, the less time they'll need to wear it. the representative said their notes indicate they were finally able to get a hold of this office yesterday... 7 days after they told me they had signed the authorization.. but the cranial place had been trying and trying before to reach them, and there was no contact made.... they are now processing the authorization and the woman who handles the referrals is going to be having it sent out to insurance.. which means it still hasn't been sent!!!! it has been well over 72 hours for their turn around period. and i'm pissed. this does not have any reflection on the doctors here. the pediatricians are great, they know their stuff. they explain to you what is going on instead of being vague, and i appreciate them for that. i favor Dr. Lee, but both are very good. but it's becoming hard to want to stick around when my sons' treatment is being prolonged due to incompetent office staff..."

"I've had the displeasure of interacting with Shawn Yamamoto and Tiffany Quan each only once for my 3 year old daughter. Dr Quan, funny enough told us to do nothing and wait it out for the body to heal itself when I took my child in for a severe cold/flu fever/coughing which has lasted for 3 weeks already. Dr. Yamamoto, from only one interaction with her, I see she is impatient, does NOT like to listen, likes to talk a lot in repetition, and maybe she could care less because she rushed out to leave. Needless to say, if you want to waste your time with these clueless ladies, then by all means go here. If you want your time to be valued and your children's health to be respected then go elsewhere. So I ended up taking my child to urgent care, which is shocking, the doctor there actually stuck around to talk with us and prescribed my daughter some antibiotics. Thank you, Inland Empire Urgent Care!"
