"They wanted to play games with billing even after I warned them not too. They wanted 650 when my co pay was 150 and made up fake explanations why. I had to go back given that Kaiser didn’t have the equipment , I told them I am paying them only the co pay they confirmed with Kaiser and then they send me a bill for 20$ and send it to collections like last time. Don’t use them, they extort you. I will get all available agencies involved to investigate them and bring litigation upon them I promise you they will screw you . Class action sign up"

"They provided a "Good Faith Estimate" that I paid at the time of services but did not honor it. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and additional cost and use another company. Totally unfair and unethical medical provider."

"Beware of this Medical Group. Their billing department screwed up my billing with the insurance company which should be 100% covered because I have a very good Scan HMO. But I received a bill 2 years later for unpaid bill. I contacted them 3 different times thru the course of one year to correct the issue but to no avail. I got a nasty call and letters from collection agency and my credit score was dinged by over 100 points. I made several attempt to contact Beverly Radiology Medical Group to correct the problem and was told by their Customer Service Agents at least 3 times that the mistake was made on their end about the insurance billing and the problem had been resolved. It has been now one year and my delinquent credit report is still there and I now get another letter from credit agency that they had imposed additional penalty and interest charge on my record and my credit report get dinged one more time. So this is a nightmare that never end. So my recommendation is for everyone to avoid using this Medical Group at all cost. They admitted to their billing mistake but will not take responsibility to correct it and the patient end up suffer the consequences. I don't know where this will end. I may have to go to court to get this issue resolved."

"I drank 32 oz of water 1hr before my appt. I was scheduled for kidney and bladder ultrasound.i was told they already had referal.when I arrived she said to go us the restroom to empty my bladder .not thinking I did.then an ultrasound was done on my kidneys but not on my bladder.they were suppose to do it on my full of water bladder then urinate all of it (empty it out all the wsy)then do another ultrasound on my empty bladder.so now I'm rescheduling but the soonest appt.is in 15days that is no good .so she said I can get a sooner one if my Dr orders it stat.i told her you guys messed up so now it's Stat because of your error and they want me to submit a referral when they already have the referal but didn't complete the entire order.snd they won't give me a sooner date unless my Dr. orders it stat"
