"The doctors and staff are amazing. Amazing place... But, they keep changing which insurances they accept. We are a long term client with a child with autism. So in 2022 we go in for treatment only to discover they changed which insurance they accept, and we have to pay full out of network prices. And because of my son's special needs, going to a new dentist is not a viable option. So after we finish up, I talk to their office staff and find out what insurances they are now accepting and we change our insurance based on their preferred carrier. So recently (less than a year later) we come in for emergency dental work, only to discover they changed insurances AGAIN. So we have to pay full out of network prices AGAIN. When we said hey this isn't right, they wouldn't even try to find a middle ground. I very much hate writing this review because they provide such excellent service in an excellent environment and my child has had a positive dental experience and is willing to go without a fight. With a child who has autism, this is huge. So now we have to find out which new insurance carrier they take to change again."

"I have been taking my kids to Dr. Lam at Tooth Booth since 2011. After a previously traumatic dental experience elsewhere, Tooth Booth (Dr. Lam and "family") were such a perfect experience in helping us move forward. They have been so professional but so personable, so kind and so thorough. They have treated my kids as if they have a brain (imagine!), explaining in kid terms what it is that is going to happen. My only "regret" in discovering Tooth Booth is that they don't see adults, otherwise, my sons and I would all see them into the unforeseeable future!"
