But today CRYSTAL was so rude when I was simply asking if my child can be seen she kept speaking over me and when I asked if she can simply ask the Dr's recommendation to go to ER /Urgent care she rudely answered for me to take her wherever. She didn't even want to tell the DR my concerns . If your going to work in a field wherein customer service is required, please be POLITE!"
