"Dr. Stacy Catalon is a GREAT doctor. Trying to get to her office is horrible. You have to call the "Call center" first and sometimes you are on hold for 30+ min. If you have to call back you have to go through the same thing. No phone calls back It is crazy how you can not just call her office. one recording after another HORRIBLE"
"We love Dr. Stacy Catalon. My kids used to see her dad, who was also wonderful, but we live closer to Dr. Stacy's practice. She has a great bedside manner, listens to all a patient's concerns, and is very friendly and respectful. We have been going to her for at least 8 years."
"We have been going to Dr. Catalon for about 3 years now and she has progressively gotten worse. It is nearly impossible to book an appointment with her unless you are willing to wait weeks to see her. Which makes no sense, when you have a sick child. She no longer offers same-day appointments to book online and her office staff is hit or miss on being friendly and/or helpful. This has happened EVERYTIME I have tried to make an appointment over the last 2 years. When I brought up this complaint to her, she just said sorry, with no resolution and just said she had a lot of "well visit" and "sports visit" appointments and so her poor service continues."
