"We have been seeing Dr Heshmati for over 13 years. Both my kids are now teens and adore her. She is respectful, kind, and understanding to my children and their questions and needs. She was kind to my oldest when they discussed LGBTQ+ feelings and was open to hearing about non-binary with a kind smile and open heart. Always leave visits feeling heard and well treated. "My daughter had a fever and I made an appointment with the doctor. When I went to the doctor's office, she told me very angrily, "We don’t visit the sick child with fevers and cough You must have COVID test before you come to office.Doctor Heshmati if my child has COVID it is your duty to visit my child. If you are so scared that you will get Covid close your office and stay home!"

"This is probably one of the most unfriendly and unwelcoming pediatric offices I have ever been to. The staff all look unhappy, and they NEVER greet you when you walk into the office. I think everyone there chose the wrong profession because they all act miserable, cold and distant. Heshmati was competent, but she is the furthest thing from what I'd expect from a pediatrician. She's stoic with my myself, my wife and my 2 kids. I don't expect them to sing and do dances, but at the very least, they could be somewhat kind of chipper when dealing with my 3yo and 2yo. We gave them the benefit of the doubt twice. After our third visit, we switched pediatricians, and with our new pediatrician and staff, I wish we had done so sooner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HASHMATI OR HER STAFF."

"Dr Heshmati is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable , takes her time and cares about not only the patient but the patient's family to ensure a healthy family environment . The office staff is kind,helpful and very efficient. They have gone through hoops to get things done for us. The office is very clean also and she doesn't prescribe medications unnessarily."
