It was streamlined with a robust online quote system and kind customer service/phone manner provided by Angela. AIS/Mercury insurance provided some of the best rates I have seen for a comparable plan vs those seen at other companies and Angela did a great job obtaining the best rate for my particular situation. She answered all of my questions and was extremely patient. A+ from my books!"

"First agent I spoke to gets 0/5 stars. Waited over 30 minutes on hold for her to pickup the phone. Then we do the quote. over an hour later, checking reports and the call disconnected. Agent never called back. Next day I call, wait 45 minutes on hold, speak to someone in sales who says the call returns to the original rep, so he transferred me. Next person is the Agent’s assistant because she is unavailable and on the phone. They wanted me to wait. I said no. Re-explained. I said that representative lost my business the minute that call disconnected without a callback. After insisting to speak with a NEW agent, I was then introduced to Ashley Ratliff. This agent not only knew what she was doing, but expressed genuine empathy for my previously poor experience. As far as I’m concerned, Ashley is the only reason I bought insurance theough this company. I don’t like how they do their sales. Ridiculous wait times on the phone every time you call. The rates, at the end of the day were cheaper. Company gets 4/5 stars. Lost a star due to a very poor first impression. Ashley Ratliff, the agent that sold me my new automobile insurance policy, gets 5/5 stars. I highly recommend. Pleasure doing business with her, and nearly 2 decades of on the job sales experience. I’m not sure if there is a way, but if you read this far, when you call for a quote, I HIGHLY recommend you specifically ask for Ashley Ratliff . If for any reason she is unavailable, she can return a phone call."
