"Dr. Paek is great and he cares for his patients wholeheartedly. We really appreciate the fact that regardless what the day or the time it is, he response to our twin girls' needs. There was one particular time when one of my girls was having non stop coughing during one of the Holidays, and no other doctors to contact, he came to rescue. I really appreciate how he would help any of his patients in this manner. Thank you, Dr. Paek!! You are one of a kind!!"

"Please replace the receptionist! My friend highly recommended doctor Paek for my 11 months baby, I called the office to make an appointment. And a very rude receptionist took the phone call and proceeded to ask me if this was going to be an office appointment or video appointment. After I told her it was going to be an office appointment she asked what insurance we have, and I mentioned I don't have any insurance at the moment since my husband recently started to work in a new place, we are still solving the insurance problem. Immediately she put my call on hold, and then asked me again twice what type of insurance I had, I mentioned again I didn't have any and I would pay cash. She would not take my appointment and she immediately changed it all and mentioned suddenly that Dr. Paek is not seeing any new patients. I told her that it was important for me to make an appointment with Dr. Paek since I was referred by a very good friend, and according to her he is very well known in the Korean community. She put me on hold again! and she then told me that she checked twice but, no due to covid they aren't giving new appointments. So I ask her if we could make a video call appointment and she responded I'm sorry Dr. Paek doesn't make video appointments. I was so disappointed with how she treated me she didn't give me any choice. I don't understand why they wouldn't accept cash, and how a Doctor can trust his patients in such horrible and unprofessional secretary. I was reading other reviews seems this person is a problem for the office, if you care enough about your patients Dr. Paek please consider replacing this secretary."

"Very knowledgeable and has a good "bedside manner" for infants. He takes seriously even the irrational first-time parent concerns. As an aside, looking at the one negative review here, I feel bad for some people in America's attitude towards science."

"I like him when I see him in person at the office. He answers so many strange questions I have. I am a first time mom. He just seems a really nice person. The staffs are VERY nice not like usual Korean doc. Office. I feel very comfortable calling and asking questions to them. What I like the most about Dr. paik is the email system he provides. If anything concerns me with my baby like skin rash or eye infaction I simply take a photo and email him with a detail he looks into it and gives me insightful advice pretty quick even on wknds. I think this is brilliant. I get a huge relief for free of charge and driving. Everything comes extra senstivie when it comes to baby so I found him a very helpful and caring doc for the too concerning moms like me. I def. recommend dr. Paik to all moms!"

"He is such a knowledgeable doctor. And he doesnt over treat, he keeps you calm as you're freaking out about your newborn. He's definitely helped out many times over the course of 3+ years and 2 kids. Definitely recommend"
