"I took my 13 year old daughter to her because her hair was falling out more than it should be. Chunks and chunks of hair would fall out. I had an appointment with Dr. Koh wanting to see a specialist since they couldn’t find anything wrong with my daughter all these past months. Dr. Koh looked at my daughter and said it was normal because even her hair falls out. How is she going to compare herself to a 13 year old girl sorry but I will never bring her there again."

"Worst dr ever took my son to get checked because he had a rash gave me 4 dif diagnosis 1st she said it was a flare up because of his bad eczema then walked out came back and said it was because something he ate comes back and tells my 5 yr old son youre body is a total disaster really who tells a 5 year old that she immediately says he needs to b hospitalized he has scabies mind u he has no fever or other symptoms she says he needs to be hospitalized so he can be given steroids on an iv i tell her im gonna go get a 2nd opinion because i dont belive its something to b hospitalized for and i want to see if there is something i can give him at home 1st she walks out mad and says theres nothing they can do because im refusing service i take him to er he has a flair up of his exczema er gave him an ointme and he was not admitted to the hospital he was discharged that day Overall experience is horrible this is the 2nd time she wants to hospitalize my son 5 months ago i took him in because he was complaining of stomach pain and he had a fever he had a fever she tells me he has apendicitis needs to b hospitalized hes there 2 days mind u my son starts getting better instead of worse she come in and says the surgeon is going to come and see him even tho hes jumping and playing on the hospital bed now surgeon walks in and says why is he hospitalized i told him whut sandy kho said he laughs and says look at him hes jumping someone that has apendicitis will only get worse not better this child does not need surgery laughs and walks out all he had was the stomach flu"

"My daughter was ill and decided to take her in a 2nd time after dr said she had an ear infection because she was showing no improvement and symptoms seemed worse ...Dr Koh seemed bothered by the 2nd visit as if I was not ok with diagnostic and she asked why I was taking her in again and that I was over worrying she didnt even bother to properly check her to see if something else could be wrong with her she simply sent me home and said to continue the medication.....as a concerned Mother I ignored her instructions and followed my mother instict and took her to the ER ..she was admitted to pediatric ICU immediatly (she was 1yr old) because she was not doing well at all her oxygen level was low which could have cause cardiac arrest because her little lungs were working twice as fast to help her breathe... I would never allow this dr to see my daughter again and would advise any parent to do the same and to be careful with her diagnostics and to never follow her advice 100% she is just a dr working for her paycheck doesnt care if your child get better or not ....so please follow your own parent instict you know you child better than any dr...specially this dr...( wish I could rate 0 stars)"
