"I am only reviewing now because of the bad experience I just had trying to schedule an appointment. I have been taking my daughter here for 5 years and the drs have been great but unfortunately after 5 years of coming here I can never get her an appointment anymore, they are always booked weeks out which makes no sense since most people would be better by then if they have to wait 3-4 weeks just to get an appointment. I just called to try to schedule her an appointment because she’s sick and the girl at the front desk completely cut me off in the middle of saying what is wrong with her and said “I don’t meant to cut you off but we are booked” in the rudest tone. Like if you don’t mean to cut me off, then don’t. Also work on your etiquette because to just cut a parent off who is dealing with a sick child and say we are booked and that’s it, that’s rude. Not sure if the drs are around or why they have no appointments 3 weeks out all the time now, but it’s not ok. They keep losing drs and need to hire more. Btw it’s not just seasonal either, this has been the response for the whole year, I’ve been having to take my daughter to urgent care whenever shoe is sick now which sucks."

"Dr. Kong has been my son's pediatrician for a year, and we just love her. We do have to wait a bit in the room to see her, but it's because she is thorough with her patients. She takes the time to answer our questions and we never feel rushed. We switched to her from another pediatrician and we couldn't be happier."
