"I had set up an appointment for annual physical and everything was fine until today that someone just called me that my appointment with Dr. Jae has to be cancelled and she “could help me set up another appointment.” This lady that I spoke to did not know if the “meet and greet” with the physician is even covered by my insurance and advised me to call my insurance. I already told her that my insurance just like most of the insurance coverage, pays for annual physical exam. I don’t know what this “meet and greet” appointment PIH had set up as it sounds new to me. If they have this, aren’t they supposed to know if this is covered? Then this lady insisted that she will be asking her nursing supervisor. Why is she going to her nursing supervisor? Isn’t she supposed to ask the people from the billing department? PIH sucks."

"I want to thank Sonia , I believe she is a medical assistant that works at the front desk. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness, I pray that God blesses you. This is the best hospital by far, every time I come in I am always greeted with grace and kindness, they have the best health care workers. Thank you again Sonia God bless you."

"I got a call today from this Dermatology office. The woman was a staff member and not a doctor. She told me that my biopsy is deadly and that I am going to die if I don't get it treated. I told her that's wrong information and who is she to tell me that? She put me on hold, came back and said that she made a mistake! I called her manager and her manager denied it by saying that her staff doesn't speak that way. They don't record their calls so their can abuse their patients. That phone call caused a lot of stress for me and my 10 year old heard the conversation. I switched from that Dermatology department due to unprofessional staff and borderline passable doctor, who also doesn't care. I found a dermatologist in another facility."
