"My main Doctor- Dr. Chabouni is good- never had any issue with him and I have had many positive experiences but one day I had to go in and saw a different Doctor- Dr. Dalprat and the experience was awful. I am still in shock from the way he treated me. I had been experiencing cramping and he pressed down really hard over where my ovaries are in order to make a point. It was painful and extremely unprofessional. He is rude, dismissive and condescending and even though it has been many months since then I wanted to get this off my chest so that maybe I can help someone else with this information."

"Today's my Son's visit was a waste of time and money because the Doctor could not see him because my Son did not take a COVID test. when my Son requested an appointment online one of the questions was if he has taken a COVID test and he answered NO and they still booked his appointment. once he checked IN they didn't question his NO covid testing and took his CoPay. The nurse walked in the room and told him that because he did not take a covid test the doctor could not see him. And he was not able to get an excuse for work even do he has strep throat. we have been going there for the past 16 years and never have been treated this way. I will be contacting my insurance to get a reimbursement."
