"This bookstore has been very unprofessional! I rented a book and have been trying to return it, to avoid late fees and the cost of the book, and they are always closed. When I come in the hours listed that they are open. So I even called and the person told me they were open until 2 pm and I took time off work and came there way before 2 pm and they were still closed. This is so frustrating when all I want to do is return my book. I don’t even want to give one star but I had to in order to give this review."

"Charged my card for not returning my rental textbooks when I did. Contacting them is next to impossible so I had to drive 30 minutes to the store and call the manager from there because the store only had one employee in there."
