"My first experience time here and it was a terrible experience. They confirmed our 2pm appointment with Dr. Aziz only to inform me they haven’t seen him for 6months. So why make me drive all the way from the valley to Santa Monica then inform me that the assigned pcp no longer works there. We spent another 2hrs trying to change the pcp with the billing and insurance company on phone. To make it worse, they announced while I was there that they had a place in West hills not far from my house yet they sent me all the way to Santa Monica. Complete waste of gas money. The nurse there was trying to help but be seemed underwhelmed by the working conditions. He did not bother to tell us my son’s vitals despite handwriting them on a piece of paper. Doctor Rebecca, the doctor we ended up seeing was so lovely. Overall, this place is a logistical nightmare with poor communication and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They hang up on me twice! I don’t write reviews but this rant has to be out there"

"I have been looking for a new doctor office for my son, and we found kids and teen medical center. Diana at the front desk is so polite and friendly. The office has nice kid friendly decor. Dr. Kim is amazing and the way she was explaining health to my 10 year was great. I’m so glad I found this doctor office more closer to home."
