"We’ve been coming to her since my kids were 2 yr old, now they are about in their teens I feel like it is getting longer and longer wait. I can bare an hour wait but this time it’s over 2 hours. Reason being she always comes in 30 to 1 hr before seeing her 1st patient. Now we are 3rd inline have to wait over 2hrs? Showing up late to work on whenever and giving patients a hard time when you talk to her is straight up disrespectful and in any professional environment like this is very unprofessional. We will try to transfer our kids to someone professional and respectful that actually cares."

"I always felt so at ease knowing my kids were in her care. She always took the time to thoroughly evaluate my kids when they were sick. Some will talk about the wait times but knowing your kids are in the care of a true professional, in my opinion is worth the wait. I'm just sad my kids are grown and can't still be seen by her."

"She is a good doctor, helpful and easy to talk to. But there is always a long wait to be seen. We normally don’t see her until an hour after our appointment time. This has happened at every appointment for 2 years. This time it was over an hour, so we left. A child should not have to sit in a small room for that long. When we left the staff called and said they didn’t realize we had not been seen yet. I do appreciate the call, but it didn’t change the fact that we waited so long. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable. We will be finding a new pediatrician."

"My daughter’s pediatrician has recently retired so on 11/24/20 I called Dr. Kawaljeet Bhatia’s office to schedule a routine appointment. I was told by the person answering the phone that the Dr. would not see my daughter because she is 15 and apparently, that’s too old. It seems that the Dr. will not take “older” new patients who will only be in her practice for 3 years (until they turn 18). What an unpleasant and unethical policy to have. The directive of a Pediatrician should be the health and care of ALL children. Not just the ones under the age of 15. I’m profoundly disappointed given that Dr. Bhatia’s office was recommended to me by her former Pediatrician."

"Dr. Bhatia has been my three boys pediatrician for the past 14 years. She is thorough and give you her time. She's not rushed, ever. Be prepared to have a long wait time, but that's because she is thorough and doesn't rush you. I'll be sad when my oldest has to move on to see a general doctor."
