"The the help and services I experienced when signing up for my insurance plan was by far the best service I have ever received from anyone before in the insurance world. Let’s be honest, no one likes going to the bank, that’s why we have mobile banking. No one likes going to the store because we have Instacart. And no one likes getting new insurance. We do this because Customer Service is a thing of the past like the rotary phone. People who work at the store, or the bank do not know how to talk with people. They have no skills. Insurance is the same way. I left my insurance company after being with them for 26 years all because I spent more time pushing buttons on the phone just to talk with someone. The people at Farmers Insurance have changed my mind. I worked with Kaitlin for my new policy and she was not only helpful in every way, but she was very sweet and pleasant. That lady knows how to treat customers. She understood my needs with a policy and explained everything on a personal level not once did it seem like she was reading from a script. You can get insurance from anyone, but you can not always get great Customer Service."
