"I tried to make a vaccine appointment over the phone for my parents who are eligible, a lady named Jessica was really rude, she told me I couldn’t make an appointment cuz my parents have Kaiser. I know a lot of people that have Kaiser & got their vaccine at Valley Health. Because of the way Santa Clara County is distributing the vaccine Kaiser has not received very many doses. I made my parents an appointment on the website, they got their vaccine with no questions asked. The county needs to get their sh*t together. Jessica shouldn’t be answering the phone."
"Service: The workers are all nice and friendly. They will welcome you and they will actually look for you if your name was called. Wait Time: Not a lot of patient at this location. Appointments and walk in goes by really fast compared to other Santa Clara County Valley Health Center. Cleanliness: This facility is clean. Even the restroom is clean. The outside was also clean. They take care of their facility. Even the carpet looks great. Parking: Lots of parking and they have solar panels above the parking so your car will stay cool."
